The spacious main level terrace includes outdoor living & dining, the heated infinity pool & spa tub plus sun lounges. The main villa has 4 spacious Bedrooms, 2 Master suites & 2 generous guest suits on the level below Main, all have ocean views balconies & ensuite baths. Now available to add 5,6 & 7th Bedroom all with ocean view, shared terrace, ensuite baths, AC, TV & fans.

- NO Events; entertaining – any gathering with guests not registered in the villa requires written permission from the owner, there is an event fee equal to one nights rental and an additional security deposit.
- NO Student groups, no Bachelor party type groups,
- Children welcome – 2 small children sleeping with parents allowed at no additional cost. Note the pool is infinity style
- 2 Adults / Bedroom
- 2 Small children under 3 years sleeping with parents no cost, all other children count as adults
- Smoking allowed in outdoor areas only.
